My Little Growing Ninja

Maci took all of her 8 and 11 pm bottles by mouth and also gained weight! She's getting 68 mLs, each bottle and she weighs 7 lbs 6 oz now.

Her labs this morning were fantastic.
BUN - 9
Creatinine - 1.83
Sodium 135 (same as last)
Potassium 43
Crit was down at 28.1 but they are changing labs from every 2 days to every 3 and said that less frequent blood draws should help.

The Nephrologists increased her volume today as well to 80 mLs. Two more increases to go before we are at the 100 mL mark required for the home dialysis machine!!!!!

We just pray that all goes well with her surgery next Wednesday. The surgeon who did her dialysis catheter will be doing her surgery next week too. He's a highly recommended surgeon and even though he went to Ole Miss, Maci said she can over look that because he's got mad medical skills. ;)

I love that child more than ANYTHING!

She kills me sometimes over the way she sleeps and holds her arms.
