Things Find Their Way

Things find their way to my mailbox (like yesterday).  Sometimes I know where they come from and sometimes, I don't.  I guess I can understand someone's desire to protect their anonymity but it prohibits me from extending the courtesy of a proper thank you....just sayin.  :)

I won't ever tire of saying THANK YOU to those who keep up with Maci, who pray for her, who pray for us, who have become registered organ donors, who have offered to be tested when we are close to transplant, who have donated "Maci Moo Money", who have donated to the National Kidney Fund, who participated in the kidney walk, who bought t-shirts, who have came to visit......THANK YOU!!!!!  Whether I am aware or unaware of who you are, I thank you.

I had a pleasant surprise on my Facebook wall today.  Thank you Jill!

Maci hasn't gotten sick as many times today as she did yesterday so hopefully her weight will be UP tonight. **Update post nightly weigh in....15.774 lbs!!! That's an increase from last night and the night before. Badabing!**   She hasn't felt so good today, wanting to be held.  Ohhhh how it's so hard to hold her....(that was pure sarcasm).  She's played some but not as much as she usually does.  I have no complaints with having her occupy my lap or a spot on the couch next to me.....I just don't like it when she doesn't feel up to her sassy, diva, demanding, joyful self.

Tomorrow is another day and we have a busy week ahead.  OT, home visit from 2 of the dialysis nurses, physical therapy and g-tube/surgery clinic (just a follow up).  I think Thursday is our only "off" day.  Me and Moo are busy bees!       

See, she was fine while laying on the couch next to me.  :)
